Ordering & Payment
All major debit and credit cards, plus PayPal / Apple Pay / Shop Pay through Shopify's secure checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact me as soon as possible via the Contact page and I'll do my best to amend or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed, but our returns policy below still applies.

Shipping & Delivery
- UK orders: typically 3–5 working days from dispatch
- International orders: typically 7–10 working days, depending on destination
Paperbacks are printed to order through my print partner, so please allow 1 working day for printing before your order ships, on top of delivery time.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. UK Standard Shipping is free on orders over £20
Yes, worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
If you're ordering from outside the UK, your country's customs authority may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These aren't included in your order total and are your responsibility to pay if applicable — this varies by country and is outside my control.
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email.
First, check the tracking link sent to your email. If it's been longer than the estimated delivery window, contact me via the Contact page with your order number and I'll look into it right away.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Yes. Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and a further 14 days to return the item once cancelled, for a full refund. The book must be unused and in its original condition. Signed and personalised copies cannot be returned unless faulty, as they're made specifically for you.
I'm so sorry if that happens — contact me via the Contact page with a photo of the damage and your order number, and I'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return postage, at no cost to you.
Refunds are processed within 7 days of me receiving your returned item, straight back to your original payment method.
No — once a digital download has been delivered, it can't be returned or refunded, in line with standard UK digital-content consumer law (the right to cancel is lost once you've accessed the download). If you experience a genuine technical problem receiving or opening your ebook, contact me and I'll help sort it directly.
Account, Newsletter & Privacy
No — you're welcome to check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it quicker to reorder and track past purchases.
Every email from The Wholespire Circle has an unsubscribe link at the bottom — no hard feelings, and no need to contact me directly.
